Every Thursday, Making Magical Moments provides  ‘out and about’ days, taking our Service Users into the community and visiting places of interest. we discuss with them places They would choose to visit taking into account weather conditions to encourage independence and confidence. 

We aim to take them out to socialise in the community –  to venues ranging from visits to restaurants. Country pubs,  castles, animal sanctuaries,  train rides and picnics on the beach in the summer just to name a few.
