Every Thursday, Making Magical Moments provides ‘out and about’ days, taking our Service Users into the community and visiting places of interest.
We aim to take our Service Users out and provide days out to socialise in the community – days out ranging from visits to castles, animal sanctuaries, old steam train rides and picnics on the beach in the summer.
